Quality commitment

Because we are very keen on the sourcing of the products that we transform in our kitchen, we pay particular attention to the selection of our suppliers. As freshness and seasonality of the products is our daily attention, we have selected local and highly reputable suppliers.

On the top of that, our policy is to pay particular attention to limit the impact of our business on the environment. We have installed 3 windmills for electricity, we recycle rain water for watering our gardens. Our building is built with a double insulation and a central patio for a better use of the daylight thus saving energy. This without forgetting the selective recycling of our waste.
